What Alhambra's Updated General Plan Should Look Like

The San Gabriel Valley Oversight Group submitted an open letter to the City of Alhambra on June 21, 2017, that critiques the city's abuse of its current General Plan, exposes flaws in the city's process to update its General Plan, and encapsulates issue areas that Alhambra's updated General Plan should address.The San Gabriel Valley Oversight Group's letter is a well organized two page summary for those who are unfamiliar with what a General Plan is and what Alhambra's General Plan entails. Grassroots Alhambra hopes that such documents will help to better inform and empower the community to achieve positive outcomes to issues that are relevant to their lives.
